Strange Service Satchel

Delivery · Sent by the seller straight to your Steam account — we never hold it. The figure above is that seller’s own average, a track record rather than a guarantee. A seller can be offline or slow, and in the worst case delivery takes up to 7 days; that is outside our control. You can request a refund at any time before the item is delivered. Once it arrives Steam holds it for 7 days before you can re-trade it — Valve's rule, on every marketplace.
